Anguilla 12/23- Veya

Best restaurant on Anguilla!

Noted Dishes: Vanilla cured duck*, butter poached lobster, Filet Mignon


At the beginning of the mean a basket of breads comes out, with creamy and melty butter to spread on. There is moist banana and pumpkin bread along with JOHNNY CAKES. They are a fried cornbread-like bread that is shaped like a disc and incredible. At Veya, I never order an appetizer because I know Johnny Cakes are in my future. EAT THEM. And a lot of 'em.
