Anguilla 12/19- Straw Hat

Noah- ceaser salad to start (a little gloopy) but for the most part, the same ceaser that any restaurant serves. I ordered the spicy jerk pork chop which was good. Delivered heat wise but there was a certain spice used that funked the dish. Overall fine.

Noted Dishes: Filet of wahoo, and filet of snapper. ***Wahoo was outstanding. Lemon butter sauce on the side, but it was not even needed. Served on a pillow of fluffy, garlic mashed potatoes

Desert: Lime Cheesecake. Would have been good, but piled with diced/canned fruit salad. The juice of the fruit made the cake undesirably moist. Also ruined the crunch of the graham cracker crust.

Very Good overall, if you get the right stuff. Beautiful view of the beach of Meads Bay.
