Anguilla 12/20- The Barrel Stay

Had caesar salad to start. Still a tad too gloopy. I now now just to ask for less dressing. Still very eatable. Last year when we went my Dad got the scalloped/seared foie gras. OUTSTANDING. 11 out of 10. Just as how I remembered from last year. It is a must order. Desert tonight just baking cookies with Lily. 

Other noted dishes: Wahoo (given choices for preparation)

Like most kids, i'm a desert guy. The menu looked a little weak. Ice cream assortment, chocolate cake, and a vanilla creme brulee that sounded the most appetizing. One of the chocolate dishes sounded too rich for me to handle especially after over indulging on the foie gras....

Overall report: Very Solid, definately worth the trip down to Sandy Ground.
